Need to Cancel?
No problem. Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Once shipped, items can only be returned if they arrive broken, damaged, or defective.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve it. We offer replacements and store credit.
Broken, damaged, or defective item: We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Once we receive and verify the item, we'll send a free replacement within 3 business days. If the item is out of stock, we'll offer a substitute of equal value. Please include photos of the item and packaging when you contact us.
Wrong item shipped: That's on us. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item as soon as your return is on its way. Please include a photo of the item you received when you contact us.
Missing items: We'll reship what's missing at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the contents you received when you contact us.
Electrical Equipment (Drills, Lamps, E-Files)
Electrical products are covered under the same replacement process for the first 7 days after delivery. After 7 days, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. Check the documentation that came with your product for details.
Returns on Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and sanitary purposes skin and nail care products are non-refundable. If you have any questions concerning your order before and/or after purchasing, please shoot us an email at ririnailsupply@gmail.com
Refund
Monetary refunds will only be issued in cases where an item is unavailable due to being out of stock or removed from our catalog after the purchase has been completed. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note that duties, taxes, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the total refund amount.
